Day Ticket Fishing
- Perfect for leisure fishing, we offer a day ticket for either 1 or 2 rods, which grants access to the lake Monday to Sunday 7am – 9pm.
- £8 for 1 rod, £12 for 2 rods.
- We also have concession prices available to qualifying individuals:
- OAPs £6 for 1 rod, £10 for 2 rods.
- Children (under 16) 1 rod £7, 2 rods £11
- Ticket payment taken on the bank by the bailiff.
Evening Fishing
- Perfect for anglers looking to unwind after work, or to enjoy the sunset in peace, Cross Drove Fishery offer concessions for evening fishing from 5PM.
- Evening fishing tickets are priced at £5.
24+ Hour Fishing
- To compliment the varied experiences that day and night fishing offers to anglers, Cross Drove Fishery offer 24+ hour fishing tickets, where you can enjoy the two ticket types side by side.
- 24 hour fishing tickets are priced at £25, maximum 2 rods.
- 36 hour fishing tickets are priced at £35, maximum 2 rods.
- 48 hour fishing tickets are priced at £50, maximum 2 rods.
Cross Drove Fishery Fishing Rules
- Please ensure that the below rules are adhered to at all times whilst fishing on the Cross Drove Fishery lake.
- Failure to do so could or will result in ejection..
- respect the lake rules and fish.. and don't be selfish it's not all about you, it's about the fish..
- All fishing on the lake = Must have a decent water container next to the unhooking mat.
- summer time please remember if its warm so is your water so please keep an eye on it and change when necessary
- mats, fish care, glide mats must be set up ready before you cast...
- If you are cat-fishing you must have a 3ft or 4ft by 6ft tarp/ mat minimum..
- (we have catfish over 100lb so come prepared or you may be disappointed when told to pack!)
- All fish to be returned to the water unharmed.
- We do not allow the retaining of fish unless you have spoken with us prior...
- (example a fish in distress or badly injured) mobile numbers for us can be found at the bottom of our web page or in our about section on facebook!
- you must use a minimum of 1 meter tubing when fishing for carp or catfish!
- NO Dogs on site please
- Barb-less hooks only
- - size 4. Carp
- - size 2 IF cat-fishing.
- Carp/Cat care must be used when needed.
- No
braid allowed.
- No lead core.
- No
surface fishing.
- No Live or Dead baiting
- No
fish baits or lures., (squid allowed)
- No Tiger nuts
- NO
Keep nets allowed
- IF the fish are spawning please leave them be.. it can be a tough time for them as it is, without being hooked and pulled about..
- please keep mats wet when handling fish.
- Please pick up all rubbish and use the bins provided. (this includes cigarette butts (to be safely put out first..))
- BBQ must be raised from the ground.. (we reserve the right to ban them when the temperature is too hot)
- (please double check with onsite bailiff before lighting if the temp is over 25c!)
How to Book
For all advance bookings you can book via gocatch website, but we run a first come first serve basis for swims.. so no need to book..
you can just turn up find a swim and we will come see you.. (please note this is from 7am until 7pm) if you thing it will be outside of these hours please contact us thank you..
